Outdoor spaces
The shared courtyard with its large pergola is the heart of the house – for evenings outdoors, morning coffee in the sun or a lazy afternoon in the shade. There is also a lockable bike room.
A few steps down is a brick wine cellar stocked with wines from local winemakers. A place for long evenings, good conversation and a few unhurried glasses.
Where to find us
The apartments are on quiet Václavkova Street in Lednice, a few minutes' walk from the chateau park, cycle paths, restaurants and wine cellars. A great base for exploring the Lednice–Valtice Cultural Landscape, Valtice, Mikulov and the Pálava hills.

Yes, there are 2 reserved parking spaces at the house, free of charge.
Yes, the wine cellar is available to guests. Wines from local winemakers can be bought on site for CZK 250 a bottle. You are of course welcome to bring your own drinks.
Yes, children of all ages are welcome and the spacious courtyard is great for families. If you need anything specific, please contact the owner.
Yes. Each apartment sleeps 2+2; both can be booked together for groups of up to 8 guests. The price is calculated for each apartment separately according to the number of guests.
Pets are not allowed in the apartments. Thank you for your understanding.
The minimum stay is 3 nights. For a shorter stay, please contact the owner – we will do our best depending on availability.
Arrival is by self check-in. You will find the keys in the mailbox – detailed instructions are sent after booking. There is no need to wait for anyone or agree on an exact time.
When booking, you pay a deposit of 50% of the total price. The remaining amount is due no later than one week before arrival. No refund is given for early departure.
Cancellation 30 or more days before arrival is free of charge. 14–29 days before arrival we refund half of the deposit, 7–13 days before arrival the deposit is forfeited, and for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival the full price is due (if we manage to rebook the dates, we refund your payment minus 10%). Your dates can be moved once free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
Smoking is allowed outside in the courtyard; it is not allowed in the apartments or in the wine cellar. Pets are not allowed. No parties, events or stag or hen parties. Please be considerate of the neighbours, especially in the evening.
