What data we process and why

  • Enquiry details – first name, last name, e-mail, phone (optional), dates, number of guests, choice of apartment and your message.
  • Purpose – to reply to your enquiry, check availability and, where applicable, make a booking.
  • Legal basis – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Protecting the form against abuse – we record the time an enquiry was sent so that we can limit bulk submissions (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep the data

Enquiries from the form are automatically deleted from the website database 6 months after they were sent. If an enquiry leads to a booking, we keep the details of the stay for as long as required by tax law and the regulations on registering guests.

Who processes the data

We do not sell your data or pass it on for marketing. To run the website we use the following processors, who have access to the data only to the extent necessary to provide their service:

  • Macaly – website hosting and sending e-mail notifications,
  • Convex – enquiry database (servers in the European Union, Ireland).

A copy of each enquiry is also delivered to the operator's mailbox.

Map and cookies

The website does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The Google map only loads after you click “Show map” – only then may Google store cookies in your browser according to its own policies.

Your rights

You have the right:

  • to access your personal data and have it corrected,
  • to have it erased once we no longer need it,
  • to restrict processing and to data portability,
  • to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or with the supervisory authority in your country.
